Welcome to the WISE Pathways IMPACTcommunity
This online community (powered by Slack) is a safe networking and communication space where stakeholders in the shared cause of Women in Sustainable Employment can meet and connect with each other to help women find and succeed in sustainable employment opportunities.
Slack is a channel-based messaging platform. With Slack, people can work together more effectively, connect all their software tools and services, and find the information they need to do their best work — all within a secure, enterprise-grade environment.
Who Is This Community For?
Community-based organizations and their partners implementing WISE in Ohio including:
- Role-model speakers (RMS) to connect RMS with communities who need them
- Subject-matter experts (SMEs)
- Industry-sector employer representatives
- WISE Partner Organizations
The purpose of these groups is to share best practices, materials, tools, and strategies that successfully engage women in high demand career pathways where women are currently underrepresented.
This community may be expanded to include women interested in exploring WISE Career Pathways who would like to access and find mentors/coaches.
Stakeholders will be able to connect easily with other people/organizations implementing WISE, access events (e.g. webinars), sector updates (e.g. manufacturing, construction) and success metrics.
